Appointments
Appointments are made for portrait photography and portrait viewings Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 5pm strictly on a first come first served basis. Availability is not guaranteed and early booking is advised. A deposit is required for all appointments and is payable in full prior to the appointment. This may be in the form of a debit/credit card or in the form of a voucher bought from a representative. Deposit and vouchers become void or are invalidated by failure to attend appointments. 48 hours notice must be given to rearrange or cancel. Booking fee’s are non refundable.

Cancellation/Postponement
Usually, you must give 48 hours notice to cancel or postpone. If you or your child is ill on the day of your appointment please contact the studio as soon as possible. Sometimes it is better to reschedule an appointment if your child is ill, as he may not be any sort of mood to be photographed at his best!

The Shoot
Studio sessions are allocated 1-2 hours. Avant Photographic makes no commitment to the number of shots to be taken. The full allocated time may not always be used. Various poses shall be arranged. Ideas will be discussed and approved before the shoot. If you would like a location shoot the location must be within 45 mins travel of BN21 4UP.Location shoots are usually about 3 hours in duration.

Viewing your photographs
An appointment to view your photographs will be made at the end of your shoot. This will usually take place 1 week after the shoot (dependant upon time slot availability). Again, this is Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 5pm. We will show you all the photographs available for purchase. A price guide is available on the website . I specialise in large wall art. Please have a think where you would like to display your portraits before your viewing. This helps me guide you through how best to display your portraits. www.avantphotographic.com

Your viewing is where you choose the photographs you wish to purchase. You shall be shown through your photographs and guidance given on display options. All orders require a deposit of at least 50%. Payment can be made by cash, debit /credit card or BACs. Portraits are made ready usually in 3-4 weeks. (Special bespoke products may take longer). You shall be called when they are ready to collect.

Collecting Your Portraits
Portraits are made bespoke. They are usually ready 3-4 weeks after your viewing. You shall be contacted by phone and email when ready. There is no need to make an appointment to collect. Just come during usual opening hours; Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.

Payment must be made in full upon collection.

Avant Photographic retains copyright of ALL images. Copyright is protected by the 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Avant Photographic reserves the right to use images for promotional, display and advertising purposes; online, in print and for display in studio. Avant Photographic also has a Facebook page where images may be used.
